1. Services

Murray's Garage Door Services provides garage door repair, installation, maintenance, and related services in our Massachusetts service area. All work is performed by qualified technicians. Service availability, scope, and pricing may vary based on location, equipment, and parts availability.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided online, by phone, or by text are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site after our technician inspects the door, opener, and related hardware. We will not perform work beyond the quoted scope without your approval.

3. Booking and Cancellations

When you book service with us, you agree to provide accurate contact and address information and to be available (or have an authorized adult available) at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows may result in a trip-fee charge for future bookings.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods communicated at the time of service. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Massachusetts law and may be referred for collection.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Labor and parts warranties are provided in writing on your invoice and vary by service and product. Manufacturer warranties pass through to you on installed equipment. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accident, vehicle impact, weather events, power surges, modifications by others, or normal wear-and-tear.

6. Liability

Murray's Garage Door Services is licensed and insured. Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Property Access

By scheduling service, you authorize our technicians to access the work area and operate the garage door, opener, and related equipment as needed to diagnose and complete the service. You represent that you are the owner of the property or have authority from the owner to authorize the work.

8. SMS and Phone Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us regarding your service request, including quotes, dispatch notifications, appointment reminders, and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text from us to opt out of further texts. See our Privacy Policy for more.

9. Website Use

The content on this website (including text, images, logos, and design) is the property of Murray's Garage Door Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Reviews and Testimonials

If you submit a review, photo, or testimonial to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it on our website, social media, and marketing materials, with attribution by first name and town only unless you request otherwise.

Our website and booking flow may use third-party services (such as Twilio, Zapier, Jobber, Formspree, Stripe, and Google Analytics). We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
